little plans, part 1!

I have to admit I'm pretty camera-shy at times. So of course I didn't want my Etsy to be filled with pictures of my silly mug! Rather than model my clothes myself, I bribed a few friends over with pizza and cider, dragged all the furniture out of the living room and all the lamps into it, and had a photo shoot. It turned out to be really pretty fun, which is just as I intended it! Since I can't yet pay my friends to model for me, I tried my best to make it worth their while. I guess it worked, because at the end of the shoot, when I apologized (again) for not being able to pay, my friend Kelley told me she'd had so much fun that she should be paying me. Yay! :D

Another friend, the fabulous Elle, unexpectedly dropped by with her fantastic camera that beats the hell out of my vacation photo escapee. Although the photos on the Etsy are all mine, she took a ton of great "outtakes" that I can't stop looking at.

This photo is lovely little sample of the lunatics I run around with. But I wouldn't trade in for more proper friends for the world of course!
